This is a brief synopsis of the latest expression of the technology that I have developed while working with individuals and organizations over the past 32 years.

My business card identifies me as an organizational futurist. This means that I invent futures with people that weren't going to happen anyway, and then train those people in the technology of translating their visions into specific measurable realities. Given these uncertain times, the work that I offer is more than timely. Most people are threatened by uncertainty since it transports them beyond their comfort zone into a place that may be unfamiliar and unrecognizable. In this state, confidence erodes and one's survival, more often than not, is threatened."Being In Action" diminishes and "Frantic Activity" is often plunged into in an effort to do more, different, or better of what one has done in the past, in an attempt to survive. I think it was P.T. Barnum who said, "When the circus comes to town this year you need a new ride. If you don't have a new ride, paint an old one a new color." In a desperate search for safety we often jump on an old familiar ride.

It is time for an authentic new ride! Our program "A BREATH OF FRESH AIR" is the beginning new ride in town. As human beings it seems impossible to get our heads out of our butts. So, this program concentrates on getting the buts out of our heads. It is a space that allows people to manifest their dreams and engage in expanded possibilities.

"A Breath of Fresh Air prepares you for a quantum approach to our current breakdowns and is the authentic new ride in town that moves you home into that place of infinite power and unlimited possibility. The quantum field (historically referred to as space) is not empty. It is devoid of particles, information or energy. On the other hand, it is chocked full of pure potential, undifferentiated possibility. This virtual possibility requires a quantum leap in order to be manifested. Quantum leaps are non -algorithmic, discontinuous patterns that emerge without previous evidence. (It is like here a pattern and now there an entirely new pattern and nothing connects the two.) In the work we do together it becomes very apparent that certainty, which is derived from the past, denies you access to authentic quantum leaps. Uncertainty, on the other hand, is the access to pure possibility. "Life is either a daring adventure or it is nothing at all."

Summary

I consider this work a technology because it produces consistent results and is repeatable. This technology is different than some other work that you may have encountered. Many other programs leave you with a conceptual understanding of their subject matter. This technology is designed to generate in you (with some practice) an embodied competence; a competence which is a new way of being, one that you own forever. It is analogous to learning how to ride a bicycle. You own that ability or competence forever. If you don't ride for some time you may get a bit rusty, but a little practice gets you riding again. That know-how is stuck in there forever.

We promise that during this program you will learn how to translate your dreams into realities and experience yourself in the presence of new beginnings, confidently daring to dream freely and take action anew.
