Elizabeth
Goodman, CEO of KDC & Associates
After
graduating from college with degrees in psychology and English
she explored the world of academia for several years and
then, with two partners purchased a multimillion dollar
retail business in Las Vegas. While living in Las Vegas
and vigorously participating in the running of the business
she also found time to participate in several organizations
designed to empower young women achieve their dreams i.e.
Big Sisters, Girl Scouts, and The Variety Club.
Elizabeth's
fascination with politics influenced her to leave the business
world and dive into the political arena as a consultant
and fund raiser. Presently, there are numerous prominent
political figures, including governors, U.S. senators, congressional
representatives and major party leaders that brandish an
enthusiastic smile at the mention of her name.
In
1995 Elizabeth combined her business acumen with her politically
enhanced communication skills and became the co-founder
and CEO of KDC & Associates an alliance of organizational
futurists focused on training corporate leaders to invent
futures that weren't going to happen otherwise. She has
trained thousands of CEO's, managers, sales, and technical
personnel throughout the United States, Japan, Israel, and
Puerto Rico. Elizabeth's corporate clients include some
of the world's top Fortune 500 companies: Lucent Technologies,
Pfizer, Amgen, Oracle, Ely Lilly and Siemens. Her work empowers
individuals in leadership, teamwork, communication and entrepreneurial
endeavors. Her work in gender partnership speaks to the
heart of her passion.
She
is an accomplished singer and song writer and also a published
author. She currently lives in Cardiff by the Sea, a quaint
beach town just north of San Diego, with her husband and
partner Dr. Herb Tanzer.
