to common questions:

Is the video conferencing expensive?
Not
at all. In fact, it saves money since there is no long distance
phone call charge. If you are in the one of the coaching programs,
we will provide the video conferencing connection and software
for free as long as you are being coached. Each time we connect,
there is no charge for the live video conferencing itself, only
for the coaching program.
2)
What equipment would I need?
You
need a computer with broadband/fast access to the internet.
Usually this is via cable or DSL. Also, you need a web camera
and a microphone/headset. This you will have to purchase yourself,
but once you decide to become part of a coaching program, we
will provide you with information about what camera/headsets
seem to work well with our video conferencing set up. The cost
of the equipment can run less than $100 to about $200 depending
on the quality you prefer.

Is it hard to get set up?
Once
you decide you would like to start a personal or corporate coaching
program, we will provide you with the steps just like baking
a cake. The first couple of times you connect, it may be a little
awkward, especially since you probably want to remember to put
on a shirt or comb your hair, but it's not hard at all. Actually,
most people find it quite fun to video conference. It's almost
like having Herb right there and he's quite good at perceiving
body language, expressions and overall energy which helps in
the coaching process. He can also point you to diagrams, text
or images on the screen that can help illustrate what he's talking
about.
